Day Yoga Studio makes yoga accessible to all students with a wide variety of classes. Beginners gain confidence while the more experienced deepen their practice. Hot Yoga classes detoxify while encouraging deeper movement into the poses. We also offer specialty classes such as belly dancing and Pilates. Our family yoga offerings including prenatal, kid's and tween classes which encompass the full range of yoga for all life stages.
